I’ve been in a situation where I lost it completely and could not control my emotions. And I don’t think it’s the first time. Sometimes I feel like I’m living in another world and everything is happening in real time. It is like I am watching everything from above or from a distance.

It is hard to describe but that feeling was just overwhelming. The only thing that has been helping me through this experience is that I realized that it wasn’t my fault and that this was something very serious and it needed to be taken seriously. Just accepting the fact that this was going to happen to me, being prepared for it and being optimistic was all very helpful.

It changed my life for the better because now no matter what happens, even if I feel sad all day, I know what to expect and can handle it a lot better than before. And even though the pain was unbearable, the only thing that mattered was that the pain stopped.
